This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Her Phase Map website, quiz funnel, and web application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Her Phase Map ("we," "us," or "our") in the United States.

• Health & wellness data: Information you voluntarily enter into the app, such as symptom logs, cycle history, age, and perimenopause stage indicators.
• Quiz responses: Answers you provide during the onboarding quiz, used to personalize your results. These are not linked to your account unless you complete registration.
• Payment information: Billing transactions are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and your email address; we do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment details.
• Usage data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and check-in activity. This data is collected via standard server logs and analytics tools.
• Device & technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URL, collected automatically when you use the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and deliver the Service.
• Personalize your wellness tracking experience.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send transactional emails (e.g., registration confirmation, weekly check-in reminders).

4. Health Information

Information you enter related to symptoms, cycles, and health patterns is sensitive. We treat this data with additional care. We do not use your health data for advertising purposes, and we do not sell or rent health data to any third parties. Health data you enter is stored securely and associated only with your registered account.

• Service providers: Trusted third-party vendors who help operate the Service (such as Stripe for payments, Supabase for secure data storage, and email delivery providers). These parties are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.
