Subscription & Refund Policy

This policy explains how Her Phase Map subscriptions work, when refunds may be issued, and how to cancel. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

1. Subscription Plans

Her Phase Map is offered as a paid subscription. Available plans and current pricing are displayed at the time of checkout. All prices are in US dollars.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Her Phase Map to charge your payment method for the selected plan. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription grants you access to the Her Phase Map application for the duration of your chosen plan.

2. Billing

You will be charged at the time of purchase for the full subscription period selected. Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless explicitly stated at checkout. If auto-renewal applies to your plan, it will be clearly disclosed before you complete your purchase, and you may cancel before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

3. Access After Purchase

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a registration link via email to activate your account and access the Her Phase Map application. Access begins upon account creation and remains active for the full duration of your subscription period.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@herphasemap.com. Cancellation stops any future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, unless you qualify under the Performance Guarantee below.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We stand behind the Her Phase Map experience. However, because our Service delivers immediate digital access, we do not offer general refunds based on change of mind, unused time, or dissatisfaction alone.

Refunds are only available under our Performance Guarantee (see Section 6).

Payments already processed are non-refundable except as described under the Performance Guarantee in Section 6. No refunds will be issued for partial use, failure to use the Service, or late cancellations.

6. Performance Guarantee

We believe in this program. If you have genuinely followed the Her Phase Map method for four consecutive weeks and feel it has not worked for you, you may be eligible for a full refund — provided the conditions below are met.

Refund Eligibility Conditions

All of the following must be satisfied to qualify:

Four consecutive weeks of active use. You must have used the Her Phase Map application for a minimum of four consecutive weeks from your registration date.

All four weekly check-ins completed. You must have completed the designated weekly check-in for each of the four weeks. Check-ins must be completed within each respective week — retroactive submissions do not qualify.

Refund request submitted within 7 days of the fourth check-in. Your refund request must be received within 7 days of completing your fourth weekly check-in. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible.

Request submitted to our support team. Email hello@herphasemap.com with the subject line "Refund Request" from the email address associated with your account.

We will verify your check-in history against our system records. If all conditions are confirmed, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests where the conditions above cannot be verified.

7. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hello@herphasemap.com with the subject line: Refund Request
  2. Include the email address registered to your Her Phase Map account.
  3. Briefly describe why you are requesting a refund.
  4. Our team will verify your check-in history and respond within 3–5 business days.

8. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending resolution.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. Your rights under the policy in effect at the time of your purchase will be honored.
