Access to the Her Phase Map application requires completing a purchase and registering an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Her Phase Map is offered as a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-transferable.
Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless stated at the time of purchase. Pricing is subject to change; any changes will be communicated before they take effect.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
Her Phase Map is a wellness tracking tool and is intended for informational and self-monitoring purposes only. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on Her Phase Map should be construed as a substitute for professional medical consultation.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by Her Phase Map and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
